The Present Chairman of the bank Shri. Subhash Adisha Kadappa is borned on February 22, 1949 in a farming family of father Adisha and mother Ananthamati in the village of Kabanur. As his mother died when he was two years old, his stepmother Kamal took care of him. He did his primary education in a marathi school at Prathmik Vidya Mandir Kabanur. Secondary education was done at Lokmanya High School and Ratnadeep High School in Ganganagar. At this place, through his participation in the oratorical competition, he imparted excellent communication skills by reciting eloquence, stories, poems, jokes, thoughts of the great ones, abhangs of the saints, sanskrit verses. He completed college education at ASC College, Ichalkaranji. During his college life, he got an opportunity to act in drama and excelled in that too. After getting his B.A. degree, he joined New English School as a teacher and within fifteen days, he was transferred to Vivekananda Education Institute's A.P. Magdum High School Mangaon. Sir not only imparted the information from the textbook to the students but also combined the knowledge with practice by doing good manners and made students with perfect personality. He worked not only in the fields of education, social, agriculture, agribusiness etc. but also in the field of cooperatives by cultivating social awareness. He was working as teacher and retired as headmaster in Kabnur Highschool, Kabnur. In the year 1990, he established Kabanur Education Society Servants Co-operative Credit Society and served as the Founder Chairman. He is very conscientious and intelligent in the administration work. In the presence of dignitaries from the Jain community in Ichalkaranji Jain Boarding hall Shri Adinath Co-op Bank Ltd. Ichalkaranji was decided to establish. At this time, due to his knowledge in co-operation, he was selected to lead the founding member in the Board of Directors of the bank. Through the bank, he provided financial support to many talented entrepreneurs, businessmen, startups and needy persons. He continuously tried for the development of the bank. Taking notice of his work, he was selected as Vice Chairman. After that, he is elected unanamously as the chairman of the bank. The reputation of the bank grew under his excellent management. He is working in many social organizations. He worked as the founder vice-chairman and later he was also elected as the chairman on the board of Jain Educational and Cultural Sangh Ichalkaranji. A school for mentally retarded children is running under the management of this board and fundamental work is done to create vitality in the lives of mentally retarded children and their parents. Also, since they are fond of dairy business, Kadappa family has been leading in this business for many years. Such a multifaceted personality is currently working as the Chairman of Shri Adinath Co-op Bank Ltd. Ichalkaranji.
